Long stay


1.   GENERAL PROVISION.

All persons entering the premises, whether for an overnight stay or a day visit, must register at reception. They must comply with these regulations and with the legislation of the Principality of Asturias regulating tourist camping (Law 7/2001 of June 22 and Decree 280/2007 of December 19, modified by Decrees 45/2011 and 71/2018). Guests must pay the applicable fee upon arrival.

2.   RIGHT OF ADMISSION.

Access to the campsite is reserved for registered campers. Any other person must request permission at Reception. The Management reserves the right of admission and may expel any person disturbing the peace or not respecting the rules, using security staff or law enforcement if necessary. The company also reserves the right to expel any unregistered or unidentified person and charge for the maximum possible stay.

The campsite is a tourist accommodation, not a residence.

3.   MINORS

Minors over 16 may camp independently by submitting a signed authorization from both parents, along with ID, and must be authorized by the plot holder. Minors accompanied by monitors must be registered with appropriate parental consents.

Failure to comply with regulations may result in immediate termination of contract and expulsion, with the authorizing adult held fully responsible.

4.  CHECK-IN

From age 14, guests must present an ID or passport. All required documents must be completed. Long-stay campers must have a signed seasonal contract by June 15 (start of summer season).

5.   CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION.

A copy of the contract (for long-stay) or invoice (for short-stay) must be kept in the caravan, tent, or mobile home and shown upon request.

6.  PLACEMENT – REMOVAL OF CARAVANS – STORES – MOBIL HOME.

Placement is at the campsite’s discretion. Installations can only occur from 08:00 to 00:00. Mobile homes cannot be removed in summer. To remove a long-stay caravan, a cancellation form and €250 deposit are required; this deposit is refunded once the plot is cleared. If bulky waste remains, €500 will be charged. Extra landfill costs may apply.

7.  HOURS AND QUIET TIME.

Winter hours: Fri 17:00 – Sun 21:00; Holiday eves 17:00-24:00; Holidays 08:00-21:00.
Summer (15-06 to 15-09): Continuous opening.

Quiet hours: 00:00 – 08:00. Amplified music is prohibited at all times. Violation may lead to expulsion without compensation.

8.   VEHICLES.

No vehicle circulation allowed from 00:00 to 08:00. One vehicle per plot is allowed and must be registered. Speed limit: 10 km/h. Bicycles, scooters, etc., must respect all traffic rules. Parents are responsible for any accidents involving minors.

No repairs, washing, or oil changes are allowed. Parking on empty plots is prohibited and will incur charges.

Electric mobility devices are banned indoors (restaurant, café, bungalows, etc.), except for reduced-mobility vehicles, due to fire hazards.

Use of electric scooters:

  • Minimum age: 16
  • Helmet and lights at night are mandatory
  • No passengers
  • Must have a QR-certified compliance certificate
  • No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • No use with headphones or mobile phones

9.  VISITORS.

Visitors are not allowed. Everyone must be registered and wear the identification bracelet.

10.   PETS

Pet owners must comply with Law 7/2023 on animal welfare. Pets must be registered and have up-to-date health certificates.

Dangerous dog breeds require special permits, insurance, and vaccination records, and must wear a muzzle in common areas and stay tied up. Entry is restricted without proper documentation.

Pets must not roam free, access other plots, or relieve themselves without waste being picked up. They must be leashed when entering or exiting and sleep indoors at night.

Common areas and spaces

  • Pets must be accompanied and under control
  • Cats/ferrets in carriers; dogs on leashes, muzzled when needed
  • No feeding pets outside designated areas
  • No pets in hotel rooms, restaurant interiors, playground, parking, bathrooms, or Safari tents
  • No excessive noise or unattended pets
  • No furniture use or bathing in sanitary facilities

Allowed animals: cats, dogs, ferrets, others by request.
Exotic animals are prohibited.

Service dogs are allowed as per their legal status and must carry ID, health documents, and wear identifying harnesses.

Access may be denied if:

  • The dog is sick or unhygienic
  • There is imminent danger to users or others

11.  WASTE

Garbage must be disposed of in containers at the entrance. Large items must be removed by calling 98550776. No garbage in regular bins.

12. WATERING

Watering is strictly prohibited.

13.   GAMES.

Games are allowed only in designated areas. Prohibited in bathrooms, roads, parking, free plots, and any place disturbing others. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior.

14.   ELECTRICITY.

Only staff may access electrical panels. Campers must maintain safe, certified electrical installations and provide proof when requested.

15. GAS INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE

Campers using butane/propane must have their gas systems inspected every 4 years by authorized professionals. Campers are fully responsible for incidents.

16. PLOTS.

No permanent structures, tiles, or plantings allowed. Only loose tiles at entrances (max two rows) are accepted. All decorative or delimiting elements must be removed in winter.

Forbidden:

  • Awnings on caravans
  • Roof extensions
  • TV antennas fixed to structures
  • Outdoor sinks
  • Visible washing machines
  • Spreading gravel
  • Hanging clothes in improper areas
  • Fences, wood, plastic
  • Pools except for very small ones (max one bucket of water)

17. FIRES AND BARBECUES.

Barbecues are not allowed.
Open fires are strictly prohibited.
Plot owners are liable for any related incidents.
